Mills Publishing, Inc, was founded in 1977 by Dan Miller. The original focus included: trade journals, directories and periodical publications. In 1981 Mills became the publisher for the University of Utah Football and Basketball programs. By 1982, we expanded our focus to also include playbills, event publications, and trade journals. During that year we also started the Sports Guide, which exists today as the premier publication for outdoor enthusiasts in Utah.
Our first published playbill was for Ballet West. Since then we have grown to publish playbills for nearly twenty different arts organizations, the Nationwide Tour's Utah Golf Championship Golf Tournament, and publications for the Utah Medical Association, the Utah Dental Association, and the Salt Lake Board of Realtors.
Mills Publishing has acquired a reputation for providing businesses with unique advertising opportunities with these publications. We have assisted in the marketing efforts for some of the nation's largest companies, as well as local businesses.
